my529 funds may be used for qualified education expenses at eligible educational institutions. This includes qualified higher education expenses, K-12 tuition expenses, student loan repayments, and the expenses associated with registered apprenticeships.

my529 funds may be used to pay for the costs of a registered apprenticeship program as long as it meets the criteria as a registered and certified program with the Secretary of Labor under Section 1 of the National Apprenticeship Act. This includes all fees, books, supplies and equipment required for participation.
